NEWS RELEASE 11/10/2008

Poly-Pacific Signs Exclusive Gasification License Agreement for China

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 10, 2008) - Poly-Pacific International Inc. ("Poly-Pacific" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PMB)(OTCBB:PLYPF)(BERLIN:A0LGDN)(FRANKFURT:POZ) is pleased to announce that it has signed a License Agreement with Energy Quest Inc. (OTCBB:EQST). Under the terms of this agreement, the Company will have the exclusive rights to commercialize and/or or manufacture, market and distribute Energy Quest's Gasification Technologies in the People's Republic of China, which includes Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.

The Aims and Objectives of the License Agreement as agreed and approved by both parties shall be to deliver sustainable municipal waste management in China by selling gasification power plants that are based on a new and more effective technology with no emissions. The application of the Gasification Technology would include municipal and industrial solid waste, tires, forestry, pulp and paper waste.

Randy Hayward, President of Poly Pacific stated:

"The agreement with Energy Quest provides us with an opportunity to market an environmentally sound gasification technology that is modular, cost effective and emits no harmful emissions. An alliance with Energy Quest and its technologies fits with our goal of the reclamation of landfill sites as it is capable of eliminating municipal waste and creating revenue from power. We are presently negotiating an alliance with a strategic partner in Asia to assist in the manufacture and marketing of the technology."

Wilf Ouellette, CEO of Energy Quest, Inc. commented:

"We look forward to the opportunity to showcase our gasification technology throughout China and work with a company like Poly Pacific allowing us to address serious waste disposal issues which will serve as a model for future projects in Asia. It will utilize PyStR(TM) and the M-2 Gasifier technology, and will demonstrate the technology's usefulness in dealing with the growing problem of overcrowded landfills and allow the company to reclaim valuable engineered resins and produce other revenue opportunities from waste."

Energy Quest (OTCBB:EQST), is a diversified energy company with interests in both conventional and renewable energy sources. Its mission is to bring new technologies to bear to enhance existing energy production as well as developing new energy sources. The immediate objective of the company is to secure energy projects using the PyStR(TM) and M2 gasifier and the acquisition of existing, profitable alterative energy. Energy Quest Inc. is an emerging leader in the development and production of hydrogen-enriched alternative fuels in an environmentally responsible manner. The Energy Quest gasification technologies uses gasification processes to convert any carbon based material into a synthetic gas. Gasification uses heat and pressure which converts any carbon containing materials into synthetic gas composed primarily of carbon monoxide and hydrogen which has a large number of uses. Gasification adds value to low or negative value feedstock's by converting them to marketable fuels. Electrical production via gasification of abundant carbonaceous feed-stocks such as municipal solid waste in landfills, coal, lignite, petroleum coke, wood waste, plastics, is the easiest use of a gasifier. The reason for this fact is that modern turbine generators are available that are capable of running on relatively low BTU and relatively dirty gas. This requirement makes the gasification equipment much less capital intensive.
